Q: What does "pre-order" mean?

A: It means that the jersey will need to be made at the factory per your custom requirements (name, number, size, color).

Q: How long does it take to receive my order of the item marked "pre-order"?

A: Normally,  4-7 weeks for replicas and 6-9 weeks for some professional jerseys, depending where your order falls into the ordering schedule, but it may take even longer due to unforeseen circumstances.

Q: What is the difference between fan, game replica, and game professional jerseys?

A: Fan - Fully sublimated jersey. The same polyester fabric (200-220 g/m2) is used in the entire jersey.

Game Replica - Fully sublimated polyester (220-230 g/m2) jersey with typically reinforced upper part (either double layer of fabric or heavier, 300 g/m2 polyester).

Game Pro - More durable and heavier polyester. Stitched on crest, name plate, and numbers. Side mesh gussets for ventilation in most of the models.

Q: Where are the jerseys you sell manufactured?

A: Аll the jerseys we sell on our site are made exclusively in either Russia or Europe. They have a superb quality. 

Q: I want to place an order for my team, but I would like to check a sample first. Is it available?

Q: How can I check the tracking status of my order after it has been shipped?

A: Use parcelsapp.com or the postal site in your country.

Q: How can I pay by a credit card if I don't have a PayPal account?

A: Credit card payments are accepted via PayPal but you don't need to have a PayPal account. During the checkout, please select "PayPal" , then "Confirm Order" and then once you see the PayPal login screen, select "Pay with Debit or Credit Card". PayPal allows credit card payments by guests.
